我厂生产的WL601挖掘机,有大小规格八种锥齿轮,数量较多,锥角从50°～140°内变化。过去在C630车床上加工锥面,由于机床小刀架是手动进给,加工时劳动强度大,表面光洁度低,产量也不高。为此,我们改制了一套附加传动装置(附图),固定在机床的溜板箱上,利用机床本身光杠的动力,传递至小刀架丝杆。从而使小刀架在360°任意角度范围内均能自动走刀。经过使用,效果良好,现介绍如下:主动轮1用滑键套在光杠上,可随大拖板左右移动。
