带盘转子当转盘直径较大且位于转轴弹性线挠角较大处时,转盘的陀螺效应将对转子的临界转速产生很大影响。本文用效应系数法导出各种支承型式的单盘转子的基本频率方程,并引入几个无因次参量对方程进行简化。在进行大量计算后得到了可供实际使用的各型转子临界转速计算图线。
Spinning disc rotor Spinning disc gyro effect will have a significant impact on the critical speed of the rotor when the turntable diameter is larger and located at a larger flexible angle of the shaft elastic line. In this paper, the basic frequency equation of a single disc rotor of various support types is derived by the effect coefficient method, and several dimensionless parameters are introduced to simplify the equation. After a large number of calculations have been obtained for practical use of various types of rotor critical speed calculation diagram.
