本文对细粒二氧化锰,石英的油团聚进行了研究,考查了矿浆pH、捕收剂浓度、桥液用量及搅拌时间、搅拌强度等因素对二氧化锰、石英油团聚特性的影响,探讨了后续工艺对油团聚法分离指标的影响,最后采用油团聚一淘析法、聚团—浮选法成功地进行了二氧化锰(—20μ)/石英混合料(αMn:15,35%)的分离,所得指标分别为:精矿品位βMn31.98%、34.43%,回收率εMn80.79%,83.53%。后一种分选方法所得指标优于前一种方法,且可降低中性油用量87.5%。
In this paper, the oil agglomeration of fine-grained manganese dioxide and quartz was studied. The effects of pulp pH, collector concentration, amount of bridge liquid, stirring time and stirring intensity on the agglomeration characteristics of manganese dioxide and quartz oil were investigated. The effect of subsequent process on the separation index of oil agglomeration was studied. Finally, the method of agglomeration and elutriation of oil was used, and the manganese dioxide (-20μ) / quartz mixture (αMn: 15, 35% Of the separation, the resulting indicators were: concentrate grade βMn31.98%, 34.43%, recovery εMn80.79%, 83.53%. The latter index obtained by the sorting method is superior to the former method, and can reduce the amount of neutral oil by 87.5%.
