用扩散偶-电子探针法测定了Ti-al二元系的局部相平衡关系和成分,并用Matano法计算了β,α,γ相的互扩散系数.研究结果表明:Ti-al二元系高温局部的相平衡关系应是β/α和α/γ.γ相的互扩散系数在化学计量成分处呈最小值.
The phase equilibrium and composition of the Ti-al binary system were measured by using the diffusion-electron probe method and the interdiffusion coefficients of β, α, γ phase were calculated by Matano method.The results show that the Ti-al binary system The local phase equilibrium at high temperature should be β / α and α / γ. The interdiffusion coefficient of the γ phase is the lowest at the stoichiometric composition.
