文检工作不仅是检察技术的重要组成部分,更是检察司法实践办案中的有利武器。对文检工作功能的正确认识和准确定位,既涉及到检察机关检察监督职能能否正常发挥,又关系到检察工作的发展方向。本文基于对文检工作作用正确认识的基础上,重点分析文检工作在检察司法实践中的证据、信息、监督和服务办案功能。以此肯定文检工作的重要地位,从而进一步坚定改进与完善文检工作的信心和决心。 Document inspection is not only an important part of procuratorial techniques, but also a valuable weapon in prosecutorial judicial practice. Correct understanding and accurate positioning of the functions of the literary inspection not only relate to whether the procuratorial and supervisory functions of the procuratorial organs can function normally, but also to the development direction of procuratorial work.
