北京红香粳是由中国农科院作物所四倍体水稻遗传育种组于1983年从香稻品种长元25中的一株天然杂种经多代选育而成。1991年开始在京郊试种,1993年的种植面积达到500多亩。北京红香粳营养丰富,香味浓郁,在一般大米中加入ZO%左右煮饭熬粥芳香盈室,色味俱佳,深受人们的热爱。
Beijing Hongxiang japonica is a plant derived from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences tetraploid rice genetic breeding group in 1983 from the aroma of rice Changyuan 25 in a natural hybrid by multiple generations of breeding. In 1991, the trial planting in the suburbs of Beijing started. The planting area in 1993 reached 500 mu. Beijing red fragrant japonica nutrient-rich, rich aroma, in general rice by adding ZO% boiled porridge fragrant profit room, color and taste are superb, by people’s love.
