Its outbreak is not the result of the intensification of ethnic conflicts in Ming and Mongol. It is caused by many unexpected factors and its connection with the tributary system of the Ming and Mongolias is inextricably linked. It reflects the mutual needs of Han and Mongolian communities and at the same time reflects the important role played by the tributary system in the relations between the two countries.
