石墨纤维带是一种新型发热体材料。79年由吉林碳素厂与我所研制,8l年3月冶金部委托吉林冶金局主持技术鉴定。83年获冶金部科研成果四等奖。我所在35KW和ZCL—75—13型连续式真空淬火炉上进行了应用研究。 本文就其应用中技术性能进行多次测试。对石墨带加热器的结构,石墨带应用中的电参数及表面负荷,阻值随温度的变化情况,炉温均匀性,真空下挥发情况,高温下变形伸长,省能情况等进行了试验,并进行技术分析。在连续式真空炉上已使用近500时,带的性能仍良好,质软、变形不大。伸长率虽有些,不严重,其寿命有待今后进一步考验。
