The most common cause of transient neurological deficits is vascular dysfunction, called transient ischemic attack (TIA). Previous literature has reported that arteriovenous malformations, sarcoidosis, subdural hematoma and intracranial tumor patients may even appear similar symptoms of TIA. This is the first report of a case of transient neurological deficits in patients with central nervous system tuberculosis who experience multiple episodes. The clinical presentation resembles a typical TIA. Case patient 41 years old, female. Repeated episodes of right upper limb numbness, weakness, right side of numbness for 1 week. Attack 2 times a day, every 5 ~ 10min. Intermittent neurological examination only found that the right side of the replacement rotation slightly worse. The onset of the right side of the examination revealed mild weakness, upper right
