以铝型材碱蚀渣为主要原料,粘土为结合剂,并添加外加剂和造孔剂制备多孔陶瓷材料,对多孔陶瓷材料显微结构进行SEM电镜分析,通过X-射线衍射(XRD)确定多孔陶瓷材料物相组成。实验结果表明,采用铝型材碱蚀渣制备多孔陶瓷材料,煤粉作为造孔剂效果更佳。当铝型材碱蚀渣、粘土、石灰石配比为6∶4∶1,并加40%的煤粉作为造孔剂时,制得的多孔陶瓷材料的气孔率可达42.5%,而抗压强度可达到17.14 MPa,综合性能优良。
Porous ceramsite was taken as the main raw material and the clay was used as the binder. Additives and pore-forming agents were added to prepare porous ceramic materials.
