制备好的金相试样放置时间长久会在试样表面形成氧化物、腐蚀产物及麻点,从而失去金相组织的真实形貌,影响金相组织的鉴别。经反复试验得到一种试剂,可代替繁琐的抛光、侵蚀等工序,节省了人力物力和时间,尤其对一些比较软的难制备的金相试样,如铜、铝、锡等更有意义。试剂配方:四氯化碳(20ml),酒精(60ml),盐酸(4~6ml)。试剂适用范围:适用铁、钢和锡试样。若在该试剂略滴几滴硫酸,适用钢及铜合金试样;若在该试剂略滴几滴硝酸,适用铝及铝合金试样。
