为了探讨在高温饲养环境下,桂枝甘草汤“辛甘化阳”配伍内涵与大鼠腓肠肌、心肌过氧化物酶体增殖物受体γ共激活因子1α(PGC1α)、柠檬酸合酶(CS)、α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶(OGDH)代谢的关系,试验将SPF级SD大鼠饲养于高温(33~35℃)环境中,分别于给药后第15,30天采集相同部位腓肠肌、心肌组织检测PGC1α、CS、OGDH含量。结果表明:随着喂养时间的延长,高温环境可增加大鼠腓肠肌CS、OGDH含量,显著降低心肌OGDH、PGC1α含量。短期喂养桂枝甘草汤后,可增加大鼠腓肠肌、心肌CS和腓肠肌PGC1α含量;长期喂养桂枝甘草汤后,可对抗高温所致大鼠腓肠肌CS含量的增加,并降低大鼠心肌CS含量,使高温所致大鼠腓肠肌OGDH含量的增加趋势有所降低。说明桂枝甘草汤“辛甘化阳”配伍原理的内涵与动态调节高温环境大鼠腓肠肌、心肌CS、OGDH、PGC1α等含量有关,其作用是通过桂枝、甘草配伍共同实现的。
In order to investigate the effects of compatibility between Guizhi Gancao Soup and Xinganghuangyangyang on gastrocnemius, myocardial peroxisome proliferator-activated protein gamma coactivator 1α (PGC1α), citrate synthase (CS) and α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase (OGDH). SPF SD rats were housed in high temperature (33 ~ 35 ℃) environment and collected on the 15th and 30th day The same site of gastrocnemius, myocardial tissue PGC1α, CS, OGDH content. The results showed that with the prolongation of feeding time, the high temperature environment could increase the content of CS and OGDH in the gastrocnemius and the content of OGDH and PGC1α in the myocardium. Short-term feeding of Guizhi Gancao Decoction could increase the content of PGC1α in rat gastrocnemius muscle, cardiac muscle and gastrocnemius muscle. After long-term feeding of Guizhi Gancao Decoction, the increase of CS content in gastrocnemius muscle and the decrease of CS content in rat myocardium were observed. The increase of OGDH content in gastrocnemius muscle induced by high temperature was reduced. It indicates that the connotation of compatibility principle of Guizhi Gancao Decoction and Xinganghuangyangyang is related to the dynamic regulation of gastrocnemius, myocardium CS, OGDH and PGC1alpha in rats in high temperature environment, and its effect is achieved through the combination of Guizhi and Licorice.
