通过对通货膨胀和房屋销售价格上涨的时间段进行了划分,通过运用统计模型进行实证研究,对不同类型的通货膨胀下通货膨胀上涨与房屋销售价格上涨的相关度进行了比对和分析。进而得到结论,通货膨胀与实际工资上涨引发的需求拉动因素越相关,通货膨胀与房屋销售价格的上涨相关度越大,反之则越小。
By dividing the periods of rising inflation and housing sales prices, empirical studies were carried out by using statistical models to compare and analyze the correlation between the inflation of different types of inflation and the increase of housing sales prices. Furthermore, it is concluded that the more relevant the inflation is to the demand pull factor caused by the real wage rise, the greater the correlation between inflation and the increase of the house sales price, and vice versa.
