二连油田阿南区块,由于长期注水,油气层出现明显的异常高压,地层原始压力遭到破坏,造成了井涌、井塌、井漏等复杂事故。上部地层采用每钻进100 m加入50 kgFPK,100 kg NPAN(或FJ-9301)的方法,使FPK在钻井液中的含量为0.40%—0.50%,膨润土含量为50—60 g/L。在下部地层将钻井液密度提至1.22—1.25g/cm~3,加入1.5%FT-342,使钻井液滤失量小于5 mL,高温高压滤失量小于14 mL。结果表明,调整井钻井液技术满足了钻井施工的需要,复杂事故明显减少,处理事故时间由4.1%降至1.39%,钻井液平均成本由63.5元/m下降至53.5元/m。
Because of long-term water flooding, obvious abnormally high pressures occur in the oil and gas formation in the Anan block of Erlian Oilfield. The original formation pressure is destroyed, causing complex accidents such as kick in, well collapse and well leakage. In the upper formation, the method of adding 50 kgFPK and 100 kg NPAN (or FJ-9301) per 100 m of drilling is adopted to make the content of FPK in drilling fluid 0.40% -0.50% and the content of bentonite 50-60 g / L. In the lower formation, the drilling fluid density is raised to 1.22-1.25g / cm ~ 3 and 1.5% FT-342 is added to make the drilling fluid loss less than 5 mL and the high temperature and high pressure loss less than 14 mL. The results show that the drilling fluid adjustment technology meets the needs of drilling construction. The number of complex accidents is obviously reduced, the processing time is reduced from 4.1% to 1.39%, and the average cost of drilling fluid is decreased from 63.5 yuan / m to 53.5 yuan / m.
