对CHA杂种小麦化优8号和化优5号的光合特性研究表明:供试杂种小麦上部叶片第九叶和旗叶一生中与普通小麦对照品种相比具有较高的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、可溶性蛋白含量、RuBP羧化酶活性和RuBP加氧酶活性;叶片的叶绿素缓降期优势较小;光合速率高值持续期和RuBP羧化酶含量基本无差异。杂种小麦上部叶片一生中光合速率的提高可能受RuBP羧化酶含量的影响较小,而是随着RuBP羧化酶活性尤其是该酶的初始活性及活化度的提高而提高
The study of photosynthetic characteristics of CHA hybrid wheat Huyou 8 and Huayou 5 showed that higher chlorophyll content, higher net photosynthetic rate (Pn), higher photosynthetic rate , Soluble protein content, RuBP carboxylase activity and RuBP oxygenase activity. The leaf chlorophyll descent has a smaller advantage; the duration of high photosynthetic rate and RuBP carboxylase content basically no difference. The increase of photosynthetic rate in the upper leaves of hybrid wheat might be less affected by the content of RuBP carboxylase, but increased with the activity of RuBP carboxylase, especially the initial activity and the degree of activation of the enzyme
