在企业中,企业经营者最为关注的是员工如何忠诚于企业,而很少谈到员工为什么不忠诚于企业以及企业如何忠诚于员工的问题。我的意思是说,企业经营者在要求员工忠诚时,必须首先忠诚于员工,为员工创造忠诚的环境和风气。 员工损公肥私、腐败渎职、结党营私、出卖企业机密、损害公司形象、破坏企业财产,这是容易看得见的不忠诚,也是常常遭到谴责和防范的不忠诚行为。而员工消极怠工、应付工作、不尽其力、把工作当形式把形式当工作、能干好而不干好、压制排斥下属、拉帮结派的行为,也是对企业的不忠诚的隐性表现。
