针对目前尚无统一、有效的侵彻过载数据处理方法这一问题,基于侵彻过载信号特征,提出处理过载信号时滤波截止频率的选择原则。该原则即按10/T(T为侵彻过载的持续时间,单位为s)计算得到的频率,并结合实测过载的频谱分析结果,确定滤波截止频率获取弹体的刚体侵彻过载。按照此原则处理实测过载数据,所得刚体过载的一次积分或二次积分分别与实测的撞击速度和侵彻深度保持了较好的一致性,相对误差小于10%,验证了该原则的有效性。
In view of the fact that there is no uniform and effective method for handling overloaded data at present, the principle of filtering cutoff frequency when dealing with overload signals is proposed based on the characteristics of the overloaded signal. The principle is to calculate the frequency according to 10 / T (T is the duration of the penetration overload in s). Combined with the spectrum analysis results of the measured overload, the filter cut-off frequency is determined to obtain the rigid body penetration overload of the projectile. In accordance with this principle, the measured overload data are processed. The integral or quadratic integral of the obtained rigid body overload is kept in good agreement with the measured impact velocity and penetration depth respectively, and the relative error is less than 10%, verifying the validity of this principle.
