本文对50例正常人和20例急淋患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和同功酶进行了观察研究,发现:急淋患者血清LDH较正常人明显增高,和就诊时WBC多少无关,而和免疫学类型直接相关,T—ALL的血清LDH总酶活性明显增高,伴有LDH3和LDH4增高的同功酶改变,和N—ALL及正常人相比,差异非常显著。T—ALL血清LDH明显增高说明其糖酵解增强,可能与T—ALL浸润明显及增殖迅速有关。T—ALL具有和胸腺细胞相似的同功酶类型,反映T—ALL起源于胸腺,具有胸腺细胞的特征。动态观察急淋患者血清LDH有助于判断其免疫学类型和预后。
