目前各工地所常用的凿岩推进设备有01—38螺旋式风动往复推进器和 CZ 300钻车使用的气动马达导轨推进器。在隧道掘进中通常用72—12式气动支腿代替推进器,虽然在相当程度上减轻了劳动强度,但基本上全靠人力来掌握,而对露天开挖是无能为力的,前两种推进器使用的也不普遍。我国的凿岩设备比较落后,而推进器的品种则更少,远远不能满足使用的要求。根据我们工地的具体情况,结合我国产品和瑞典资料,试制成功一种重量轻,使用方便,构造简单的自动往复式的铰链式导轨推进器(图1)。这种推进器一般修配单位都可以制作,它可以安装01—17,01—30,01—38等型凿岩机进行
At present, the rock drilling propulsion equipment commonly used in various construction sites includes 01-38 spiral pneumatic reciprocating thrusters and pneumatic motor guide thrusters used in CZ 300 drilling rigs. According to the specific conditions of our construction site, combined with our products and the Swedish data, we successfully produced an automatic reciprocating hinge guide thruster that is lightweight, easy to use, and simple in construction (Figure 1). This type of thruster can be manufactured by general repairing units. It can be installed with rock drills such as 01-17, 01-30, 01-38.
