结合输变电工程的行业特点,在对我国主要地质灾害(滑坡、泥石流)发生机理及规律系统研究的基础上,对相关研究成果进行提炼和总结,形成国家电网公司企业标准Q/GDW 11527—2016《输变电工程地质灾害防治技术导则》。分别从工程地质条件调查、输变电工程区域性地质灾害危险性评估、输变电工程场地性地质灾害危险性评估、输变电工程地质灾害防治措施等方面对本标准进行深入解读,重点对标准中区域性和场地性地质灾害危险性评估方法、防治措施等关键技术进行详细的解释和说明。可进一步提高设计人员对本标准的理解,便于广大设计和管理人员对本标准的正确使用。
Combined with the characteristics of power transmission and transformation industry, based on the research on the mechanism and regular system of major geological disasters (landslide and debris flow) in our country, the related research results are refined and summarized to form the enterprise standard Q / GDW 11527- 2016 “Transmission and Transformation Engineering Geological Disaster Prevention Technical Guidelines.” This standard shall be thoroughly read from the investigation of engineering geological conditions, the risk assessment of regional geological disasters in power transmission and transformation projects, the risk assessment of site geological hazards in power transmission and transformation projects, and the prevention and treatment measures for geological disasters of power transmission and transformation projects, with emphasis on standards In the regional and site geological hazard assessment methods, prevention and control of key technologies such as a detailed explanation and description.
