泡沫沥青冷再生混合料一般用于铺筑高等级道路或城市道路的基层或下面层。工程实践表明,泡沫沥青混合料基层通常是因基层底部抗拉强度或粘结强度不足而开裂。为探究再生层强度的影响因素,本论文以泡沫沥青混合料间接抗拉强度和无侧限抗压强度为评定指标,研究发泡沥青用量、水泥掺量对混合料强度的影响。分析表明,沥青用量增加,泡沫沥青混合料的ITS增长,UCS减小;水泥掺量增加,明显改善泡沫沥青混合料的强度。
Foam Asphalt Cold recycled mixes are typically used to coat the base or lower levels of high-grade roads or urban roads. Engineering practice shows that the foam asphalt grassroots grass-roots level is usually due to the bottom of the grass-roots tensile strength or bond strength cracking. In order to explore the influencing factors of the strength of reclaimed layer, this paper takes the indirect tensile strength and unconfined compressive strength of foam asphalt mixture as evaluation index to study the influence of the amount of foamed asphalt and the content of cement on the strength of mixture. The analysis shows that as the amount of asphalt increases, the ITS of foamed asphalt mixture increases and the UCS decreases. With the increase of cement content, the strength of foamed asphalt mixture is obviously improved.
