对于很多小城市或农村小学生来说,小学老师是小学生在懵懂的年龄正式与外界的接触,可以说教师就像是一扇窗户。学生透过这扇窗户看到外面的世界或鲜艳或平庸或暗淡,这都取决于教师的人文素养。教师在日常教育教学活动中所表现出来的气质、理想、性格、行为方式、对事情的态度、观念等个性心理特质,对小学生的成长有着潜移默化和深远持久的影响。这就意味着教师的工作不仅是负责学生的学习和成绩,还要关心学生的成长和心理变
