手术加腹腔内温热灌注(IPHP)化疗是一项联合治疗中晚期胃肠道癌的新技术,广西医科大学第一附属医院副教授陈利生和广西医科大学副校长、教授高枫博士等组成的研究课题组,自1992年开始,对此项新技术进行系列性研究。他们根据肿瘤生物新的特性、肿瘤组织血管和药物动力学的特点,在肿瘤根治切除或姑息手术后,通过自行研制的加温灌流驱动装置(加温灌注抗癌机),将加温43~45℃的化疗药溶液连续灌注入患者腹腔,时间一小时。即把手术、热疗和化疗三者结合一体并用,一次完成多种治疗,达到杀灭已播散、种植腹腔
Surgery plus intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion (IPHP) chemotherapy is a new technology for the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer.
