肺泡巨噬细胞的主要机能是处理吸入的尘埃等异物及防御微生物的感染。 肺组织对吸入肺泡内的粉尘的早期反应均是巨噬细胞肺泡炎,晚期才逐渐发生不同程度的纤维化。因此,在尘肺的发病中,巨噬细胞对粉尘的反应及粉尘对巨噬细胞的作用是个关键问题。很多学者从不同角度进行了研究,近年来,有些学者用扫描电镜对巨噬细胞的形态和机能间的相互关系进行了研究。本实验用扫描电镜研究了二氧化硅、炭化硅、聚氯乙烯及羊毛尘对体外培养的家兔巨噬细胞表面形态的作用。
The main function of alveolar macrophages is the treatment of foreign particles such as inhaled dust and defense against microbial infections. Early lung tissue alveolar dust inhalation of the early response are macrophage alveolitis, late stage gradually varying degrees of fibrosis. Therefore, in the pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis, the response of macrophages to dust and the effect of dust on macrophages are a key issue. Many scholars have studied from different angles. In recent years, some scholars studied the relationship between the morphology and function of macrophages by scanning electron microscopy. In this experiment, the effect of silicon dioxide, silicon carbide, polyvinyl chloride and wool dust on the surface morphology of rabbit macrophages cultured in vitro was studied by scanning electron microscopy.
