本文研究了对-硝基苯基荧光酮在阳离子表面活性剂存在下与锡的胶束增敏显色反应。结果表明,对-硝基苯基荧光酮与溴化十六烷基三甲铵在0.4—0.75mol/L硫酸介质中,可以与锡形成三元络合物,其最大吸收峰在514—516nm,络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为9.1×10~4。方法的选择性良好。锑(Ⅲ)干扰严重,可用高锰酸钾氧化消除,利用上述显色反应,拟定了黄铜和纯铜中锡的分光光度测定法,并取得了令人满意的结果。
In this paper, micellar sensitized color reaction of p-nitrophenylfluorone with tin in the presence of cationic surfactant was studied. The results showed that p-nitrophenylfluorone and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide in 0.4-0.75mol / L sulfuric acid medium can form a ternary complex with tin, the maximum absorption peak at 514-516nm, The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 9.1 × 10 ~ 4. The selectivity of the method is good.
