In order to determine the location of the B cell epitopes of Hantaan virus nucleocapsid protein (NP), the S gene fragment of Hantaan virus 76/118 strain randomly digested with DNase I was ligated with the filamentous phage vector and transformed into MC10 6 1 strain.
