对６５例成人膀胱输尿管返流（ＶＵＲ）和返流性肾病（ＲＮ）住院病人作了临床分析。结果发现常见临床表现为腰痛、尿频排尿不适、高血压和／或一侧肾脏缩小等。本病妇女妊娠中，有４７６％可出现并发症。男性病人常表现为无症状，但晚期却常易于出现蛋白尿、肾衰。本病患者的蛋白尿存在与否及程度是预后的主要指征，高血压亦可能是一个预后指征。
Clinical data of 65 adult patients with vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) and reflux renal disease (RN) were analyzed. The results showed that common clinical manifestations of low back pain, frequent micturition discomfort, hypertension and / or one side of the kidney shrinkage. Pregnancy in women with this disease, 47 6% complications may occur. Male patients often showed asymptomatic, but often prone to proteinuria late, renal failure. The presence or absence of proteinuria in this patient and the extent of the main indications of prognosis, hypertension may also be a prognostic indicator.
