目的：探讨氟康唑胶囊单剂对阴道念珠菌病的疗效。方法：２９例病人（年龄４４±ｓ６ａ）分２组，一组２３例，用氟康唑１５０ｍｇ顿服，另一组６例以氟康唑１５０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ×１０ｄ。总量为１５００ｍｇ．结果：顿服组治疗后７ｄ及３０ｄ复查１次，临床治愈率为８３％，真菌清除率亦为８３％。另一组经１０ｄ治疗后均痊愈。结论：１５０ｍｇ氟康唑１次顿服可治愈绝大部分念珠菌性阴道炎病人，且副作用小。
Objective: To investigate the effect of fluconazole capsule on vaginal candidiasis. Methods: Twenty-nine patients (age 44 ± s6a) were divided into two groups. One group consisted of 23 patients with fluconazole 150mg and the other 6 patients received fluconazole 150mg, po, qd × 10d. The total amount is 1500mg. Results: Dayton group after treatment 7d and 30d review 1, the clinical cure rate was 83%, fungal clearance rate was 83%. The other group were cured after 10d treatment. Conclusion: 150mg fluconazole Dayton clothing can cure most Candida vaginitis patients, and the side effects are small.
