Recently, MR company (Reinhausen Group), a global expert in transformer control, held a lecture titled “Employer Brand - Catalyst of Enterprise Management” at the MBA Education Center of North China Electric Power University. This seminar was invited to Ms. Shen Yanchao, MR Human Resources Manager of China. The lecture was personally chaired by Professor Yan Qingyou, Executive Vice Director of MBA Center. In May 2014, Dr. Xiao Boke, the CEO of MR Group, was invited to give a lecture on the theme of corporate brand. The MR Autumn Lecture continued the topic of “Brand”, from the perspective of human resources and MBA students to explore “employer brand ” shape and value. During the seminar, Shen Yanchao also shared the vivid case of MR Company, told MR company as a German company, how to pass the internal trainer club,
