目前,振动输送机虽然有可供设计和机械布置的应用数据,但仍没有较理想的估算电动机功率的方法,也没有一种方法既能根据稳定工况选择驱动电动机,又能保证输送机从静态起动并跨越共振区。现用的设计方法有使输送机在共振区“失稳”的危险并使振幅扩大到相当大的值。
