水浴加热后的盐酸土霉素在磷酸介质中,过氧化氢存在下与高碘酸钠反应产生强烈的化学发光。结合流动注射技术建立了一种测定盐酸土霉素的化学发光新方法。方法的线性范围为1.0x10-8~6.0x10-6g/mL盐酸土霉素。检出限为4.3x10-9g/mL,RSD为2.5%(Cs=2.0 x 10-6g/mL;n=11)。
Oxytetracycline hydrochloride heated in a water bath is reacted with sodium periodate in the presence of hydrogen peroxide in a phosphoric acid medium to produce intense chemiluminescence. A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride was established by flow injection technique. The linear range of the method is 1.0 × 10 -8 ~ 6.0 × 10 -6 g / mL oxytetracycline hydrochloride. The limit of detection was 4.3x10-9 g / mL and RSD was 2.5% (Cs = 2.0 x 10-6 g / mL; n = 11).
