小学教师这一职业似乎称不上伟大,但要当好一名小学教师却并非一件易事.孩子是祖国的未来,家庭的希望.小学教师的工作需要全身心地投入,要转变旧的教育思想,学会从孩子的角度看问题,去思考.因为成年人的想法和孩子肯定是不一样的,从孩子的角度去思考对孩子来说,是在表示尊敬,表达关心,也是促使孩子去认识自己的能力。
