制备珍珠末工艺之改进

制取珍珠末,中国药典及中药炮制规范,都是采用传统的水飞法。鉴于原工艺生产效率低,生产周期长,且损耗率大。为此提出仍以水飞法为基本原理,采用现代粉碎工具,制备珍珠末工艺如下: 取经豆腐炮制过的珍珠,置球磨机中,加磨球及少许水,密闭,滚磨2~3hr后,加五倍水搅匀。溶液呈乳白色,倾出乳浊液,用200目筛过滤。筛内留下的粗品再置球磨机中,按上法反复打磨。合并打磨过筛之乳浊液,进行减压抽滤, The preparation of pearls, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Chinese medicine concoction standards, are all based on traditional waterflies. The crude product left in the sieve is placed in a ball mill and repeatedly ground according to the above method. The screened emulsion was combined and subjected to reduced pressure filtration.
