随着烟草企业体制转变和烟机设备技术的提高,如何对烟机设备及其备品备件进行有效管理,使设备高效运转,是烟草工业新形势下设备管理工作的重点。本文以烟草企业颐中集团卷材分公司为例,分析了烟用滤棒加工企业在滤棒成型设备管理中存在的问题,详述了卷材分公司的设备信息化方案和实施过程。通过方案的实施使卷材分公司设备管理信息化发生质的飞跃,实现了对设备全生命周期的动态管理。
With the change of the system of tobacco companies and the improvement of the technology of the tobacco machinery, how to effectively manage the tobacco machinery equipment and its spare parts and make the equipment operate efficiently is the key point of equipment management in the tobacco industry in the new situation. In this paper, Yizhong Group Coil Branch Company of tobacco industry was taken as an example to analyze the existing problems in filter rod forming equipment management of tobacco filter rod processing enterprises, and details of equipment information scheme and implementation process of coil branch. Through the implementation of the program so that the coil branch of the equipment management information leap in quality, to achieve the equipment life cycle of the dynamic management.
