校企深度合作是职业教育改革的发展趋势和奋斗方向。企业中复退士兵的职前教育是文章研究的命题。本文首先梳理出焊接专业教学计划设计中应当兼顾协调好的五大因素。然后,从三个方面提出焊接专业教学计划的设计原则与思路。最后,就如何使学校和企业操作实训资源的有效结合、合理使用提出三点建议。 The depth cooperation between school and enterprise is the development trend and direction of the reform of vocational education. The pre-service education of soldiers resuming in enterprises is the proposition of the article research. This paper firstly sort out five major factors which should be reconciled well in the design of welding professional teaching plan. Then, the design principle and train of thought of welding professional teaching plan are put forward from three aspects. Finally, on how to make effective combination of practical training resources for schools and enterprises, put forward three suggestions.
