人物影响因子对于各个单位评价本部门成员作为,吸纳新成员时的考量,以及推动社会进步等有着积极的意义。本文首次提出了人物影响因子的评价理论与方法,阐明了人物影响因子的应用与社会价值。
Personality impact factors for each unit to evaluate the department as a member to consider when recruiting new members, as well as promoting social progress has a positive meaning. This article first put forward the theory and method of the evaluation of the personal influence factors, and clarifies the application and social value of the personal impact factors.
