目的 了解哮喘患儿TIgE .SIgA改变及其相关性。方法 用放射免疫分析法检测 5 0例哮喘患儿及 5 0例支气管肺炎患儿血中TIgE及SIgA水平。结果 哮喘患儿血中TIgE .SIgA较支气管肺炎组高。其中哮喘组TIgE2 68± 2 0 1.5Iu ml,SIgA 2 5± 8.6ug ml;支气管肺炎组TIgE 8.18± 5 .9Iu ml,SIgA 16.87± 12ug ml,其P值均 <0 .0 1。哮喘组TIgE及SIgA值呈负相关 ,r=0 .46,P <0 .0 5。结论 TIgE与SIgA均参与了哮喘的发病机制 ,SIgA对哮喘发病具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of TIgE and SIgA in children with asthma and their correlation. Methods The levels of TIgE and SIgA in 50 children with asthma and 50 children with bronchopneumonia were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of TIgE. SIgA in children with asthma were higher than those in bronchial pneumonia group. The asthma group TIgE2 68 ± 2 0 1.5Iu ml, SIgA 2 5 ± 8.6ug ml; bronchial pneumonia group TIgE 8.18 ± 5. 9Iu ml, SIgA 16.87 ± 12ug ml, the P values were <0.01. Asthma group had a negative correlation between TIgE and SIgA, r = 0.46, P <0.05. Conclusion Both TIgE and SIgA are involved in the pathogenesis of asthma. SIgA has a protective effect on asthma.
