热释电材料作激光能量探测器兼有热元件和光电元件的优点。作为激光能量功率测量多用钽酸锂、TGS(硫酸三甘钛)、SBN(铌酸锶钡)。对PZT(锆钛酸铝)类陶瓷材料研究较少。它们的热释电系数虽比钽酸锂低,但价格便宜,易于获得。我们对几种PZT类材料(PZT-4,5,8型)及PMN(铌锰锆钛酸铝)、PSN(铌锡锆钛酸铝)等作了初步研究。结果表明PZT-4和PSN灵敏度较高,每mJ输入有70mV以上的峰压输出,可满足一般应用需要。用网状背电 Pyroelectric materials for laser energy detectors both the advantages of thermal components and optoelectronic components.
