为了修复因长度短于 8m而报废的石油钻井用钻铤 ,研究开发了钻铤窄间隙熔化极脉冲气体保护自动焊工艺。研究中针对钻铤这种小直径厚壁管的特点研制了焊接控制设备、专用焊枪 ,设计焊接坡口 ,精选保护气体 ,确定焊接工艺 ,优选焊接工艺参数。室内试验和现场应用表明 ,采用该工艺焊接钻铤焊区的综合力学性能得到了较大改善 ,其中部分性能指标达到了摩擦焊钻杆的技术要求 ,焊接的钻铤可在井深 370 0m以内、井斜 30°以内的井中使用
In order to repair the drill collar for petroleum drilling which has been scrapped for a length of less than 8m, the research and development of a narrow gap fusion impulse gas protection automatic welding process for drill collar has been carried out. In the research, the welding control equipment, special welding torch, welding groove design, selection of protective gas were selected for the characteristics of drill collar with small diameter thick-walled tube. The welding process and welding process parameters were optimized. The laboratory tests and field tests show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welding collar of the welded collar have been greatly improved, and some of the performance indexes have met the technical requirements of the friction welded drill pipe. The welded drill collar can be well within the depth of 370m, Inclined wells within 30 degrees of use
