食管、贲门、胃及十二指肠恶性肿瘤可致突发性大出血。临床易与消化性溃疡、急性应激性溃疡、出血性胃炎、胃底食管静脉曲张等并发出血疾病混淆误诊。我院自1979年4月一1996年12月经急诊胃镜处理上消化道大出血1648例，因恶性肿瘤出血者424例（25．7％），其中属突发性首次大出 Esophageal, cardiac, gastric, and duodenal malignancies can cause sudden major bleeding. Clinically confused with peptic ulcers, acute stress ulcers, hemorrhagic gastritis, gastric esophageal varices, and other blood disorders. In our hospital from April 1979 to December 1996, there were 1648 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated by emergency gastroscopy. There were 424 cases (25.7%) of bleeding from malignant tumors.
