作者根据多年的实际工作经验和理论知识学习,针对不锈钢类难加工材料传统加工方法中存在的效率低、零件加工表面质量差、刀具寿命低、机床震动损伤大等生产常见问题,通过对加工过程中的参数以及材料的加工特性进行分析比较,提出了新的切削加工方法,改变和克服了不锈钢类零件传统切削加工中的种种弊端,实现高质量、高效率、低损耗加工,并通过实际生产验证取得了良好的效果,为同类材料的数控加工提供了有价值的参考。
