2012年3月30日,郑州市金水区纬三路小学正举行王素霞老师教学思想研讨会。王老师是一位普通的语文教师,作为催生本土专家型教师的举措之一,学校正是通过这一活动,既总结和提升王老师的教学经验,进一步激发教师身上潜藏的荣誉感和责任心,又使王老师的经验能够为全校乃至全区教师所共享。从课改之初的关注教师一节课的得失,到如今关注教师的教学风格、教学特色,金水教育正以扎实的脚步引领着教师不断成长。他们将新的教育理论、教育理想应用于实践,再从教育实践中不断生成新的教育课题,迈上了良性循环发展的道路。近几年,构建多元、开放、富有活力的课程体系,打造规范、高效、情智共生的课堂
