目的:分析血府逐瘀片联合西药对糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白及相关炎症因子的影响。方法:以我院内分泌科在2013年6月~2015年8月期间收治的124例糖尿病肾病患者为资料进行研究,抽签法分为2组,各62例。对照组给予降血糖、降压等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血府逐瘀片联合治疗,对比并分析治疗前后两组患者24小时尿蛋白定量和血清炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组24小时尿蛋白定量值和血清尿素氮(BUN)值分别为(0.81±0.19g、8.03±0.58mmol/L),均明显低于对照组(1.09±0.21g、10.92±0.64mmol/L)。治疗后,观察组血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)值分别为(5.13±0.55mg/L、36.42±4.19ng/L),均明显低于对照组(7.04±0.62mg/L、44.27±4.26ng/L)。治疗后,观察组血清肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)值分别为(14.69±2.16、11.27±1.22)ng/L,均明显低于对照组(17.88±2.21、14.73±1.25)ng/L。结论:在西药治疗基础上联合血府逐瘀片可更有效的下调患者相关炎症因子水平及降低尿蛋白量。
Objective: To analyze the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu tablets combined with western medicine on urinary protein and related inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A total of 124 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to Department of Endocrinology in our hospital from June 2013 to August 2015 were selected as study materials. There were 62 patients in each group. The control group was given hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment. The observation group was given Xuefu Zhuyu tablets combined treatment on the basis of the control group. The 24-hour urinary protein and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After 24 hours of treatment, urinary protein and BUN in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (0.81 ± 0.19g, 8.03 ± 0.58mmol / L, 1.09 ± 0.21g, 10.92 ± 0.64 mmol / L). After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were (5.13 ± 0.55mg / L, 36.42 ± 4.19ng / L) Control group (7.04 ± 0.62mg / L, 44.27 ± 4.26ng / L). After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-ɑ) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in the observation group were (14.69 ± 2.16,11.27 ± 1.22) ng / L, Control group (17.88 ± 2.21, 14.73 ± 1.25) ng / L. Conclusion: The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu tablets on the basis of Western medicine can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines and reduce the amount of urinary protein in patients.
