在热连轧机组上应用热轧油是实现优质、高产、低耗的一项新技术。本试验系利用武钢新三轧正常生产中的废弃油(含油量60%),经过再生精制,加入必要的添加剂,作为一种热轧油与另一种合成酯热轧油在武钢热轧厂精轧机组F_3机架上进行了试验。试验证明,上述两种热轧油在热连轧机组上用来生产宽带钢能取得良好的效果,并且还证明把这种热轧油注入轧辊冷却水中,对环境不会产生污染。本试验是在石化总公司洛阳炼油设计研究院炼制所、武钢钢研所、武钢热轧厂、武钢规划设计院、武钢技术部、中南矿冶学院等单位有关的科技人员支持和帮助下共同进行的。
Hot rolling mill in the hot rolling oil is to achieve high quality, high yield, low consumption of a new technology. In this experiment, the waste oil (60% oil content) in the normal production of the new No. 3 mill of WISCO was used. After the regeneration and refining, the necessary additives were added as a hot-rolling oil and another hot- Finishing mill F_3 rack was tested. Tests show that the two hot-rolled oil used in hot strip mill to produce wide strip steel can achieve good results, and also proved that the hot oil into the roll cooling water, the environment will not produce pollution. This experiment is jointly supported and assisted by relevant scientific and technical personnel of Petrochemical Corporation Luoyang Refinery Design and Research Institute, Wuhan Iron and Steel Research Institute, Wuhan Iron and Steel Hot Rolling Plant, Wuhan Iron and Steel Planning and Design Institute, Wuhan Iron and Steel Technology and other units ongoing.
