一、教师“多课制”的成因1.社会主义市场经济的逐步完善,打破了计划经济的模式,迫使学校从封闭式办学转向开放性、多元化和多专业的办学。中专学校的“并轨”更加速了各学校多专业办学的进程。2.由于机构改革,人员精简,办事效率的提高,以及单位编制、资金的限制,不可能因学校专业的增多而增加专业教师。3.林业学校大多数地处偏僻,远离城市,吸引人才受到地理条件上的局限。鉴于上述三个因素,学校只能采用“多课制”的方式来解决当前的矛盾。
I. Causes of Teachers “Multi-Course System ” 1. Gradual improvement of the socialist market economy has broken the mode of a planned economy and forced the schools to shift from closed-end schools to open, diversified and multi-disciplinary schools. Secondary schools “merge” more accelerated the process of multi-professional schools. 2. Due to the institutional reform, the streamlining of personnel, the improvement of work efficiency, as well as the organizational establishment and financial constraints, it is impossible to increase the number of professional teachers due to the increase in the number of school specialties. 3. Most forestry schools are remote and far from the city, attracting talent to be limited by geographical conditions. In view of the above three factors, schools can only adopt the “multi-lesson system” to solve the current contradictions.
