一、概述人体血液或尿中的K~+、Na~+、Cl~-、Ca~(2+)的含量直接反映了某些器官的功能或病变。早期测定人体血液中的K~+、Na~+等离子的含量常用极谱法、原子吸收光谱法和火焰光度法等分析方法。原子吸收光谱法取样量较大,速度较慢;火焰光度法取样量虽少但要破坏样品,这些方法所用仪器结构复杂、体积较大,而且都需作预处理、费时长、操作不便、不能直接作临床监护使用。
