研究了猕猴桃果实发育的各个时期,其内部生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、细胞分裂素(CK)及脱落酸(ABA)等物质含量的变化动态及其与果实生长发育的关系表明:伴随着果实的生长,在果肉细胞分裂期,IAA,CK的浓度显著升高;细胞膨大期,GA的浓度最高,此后三种生长促进物质的浓度都显著降低;ABA在花后一度升高,然后骤减,临近成熟期(花后90d左右)时再次上升,采收期达最高。
