伴随着国际化浪潮,国际服务外包业发展迅猛,与此同时它所涉及的企业社会责任(CSR)问题日益突出,但学界对相关问题的研究滞后。文章基于利益相关者理论与服务外包特殊行业特征,研究国际服务外包所涉及的主要企业社会责任问题,如发包方企业员工失业问题和接包方企业员工被劳动剥削问题等,并提出了相关的对策建议,如减少非自愿的失业问题,制定专门的国际服务外包企业社会责任行业标准等。
With the wave of internationalization, the international service outsourcing industry is developing rapidly. At the same time, the issue of corporate social responsibility (CSR) it involves has become increasingly prominent. However, the academic research lags behind relevant issues. Based on the theory of stakeholder and the characteristics of special service outsourcing industry, this paper studies the major corporate social responsibility issues involved in international service outsourcing, such as the issue of unemployment of contract staff and the exploitation of employees in bonded company, Countermeasures such as reducing involuntary unemployment and formulating a special industry standard for social responsibility of international service outsourcing enterprises.
