目的:观察清热养阴活血方剂逐瘀化消饮对DM大鼠心脏VEGF表达和心肌细胞超微结构的影响。方法:采用β-cytotoxins大鼠模型,将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、胰岛素组、逐瘀化消饮低、中、高剂量+胰岛素组,观察糖尿病大鼠在胰岛素控制血糖基本一致的情况下,逐瘀化消饮治疗8周,用免疫组化方法检测DM大鼠心肌组织VEGF的分布状况,用H-600透射电镜观察心肌细胞的超微结构。结果:与胰岛素组相比,逐瘀化消饮能抑制DM大鼠心肌VEGF的表达,有效地保护心肌细胞的超微结构。结论:逐瘀化消饮通过多种机制来有效地抑制DM大鼠心脏微血管病变的发生发展,这可能是其防治DM大鼠心脏微血管病变发生发展的机理之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of heat-clearing and nourishing Yin-nourishing and blood-activating prescription (Zhuyu Huixiaoxue Decoction) on VEGF expression and myocardial ultrastructure in DM rat hearts. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, insulin group, Zhuyu Decoction of low, medium, high dose + insulin group by β-cytotoxins rat model. The effects of insulin on blood glucose control In the same circumstances, the rats were sacrificed for 8 weeks, and the distribution of VEGF in myocardium of DM rats was detected by immunohistochemical method. The ultrastructure of myocardial cells was observed by H-600 transmission electron microscope. Results: Compared with insulin group, Zhuyu Decoction could inhibit the expression of VEGF in myocardium of DM rats and effectively protect the ultrastructure of myocardial cells. Conclusion: Zhuyu Huaixian can effectively inhibit the occurrence and development of microangiopathy in DM rats through a variety of mechanisms, which may be one of the mechanisms that prevent and control the development of microangiopathy in DM rats.
