数字出版给高校出版社的跨越式发展带来了机遇,但是对大多数规模较小的高校出版社来说又面临巨大的压力和挑战。如何在数字化语境下,推动高校出版社的数字转型,优化其发展环境,是目前高校出版社普遍面对的问题。文章就我国数字出版的现状进行了分析,在对高校出版社发展数字出版的必要性和面临的困难分析的基础上,提出高校出版社要在数字出版方面有所建树,须统筹全局,注重长期策略规划;创新形式,拓展数字出版市场;整合资源,优化出版单位管理模式;依托网络,转变传统出版的销售模式。
Digital publishing has brought opportunities to the leapfrog development of university publishing houses, but it faces enormous pressure and challenges for most smaller publishing houses. How to promote the digital transformation of university publishing houses and optimize their development environment under the context of digitalization is a common problem faced by university publishing houses at present. Based on the analysis of the necessity and difficulty of the digital publishing in the development of university publishing houses, the article puts forward that colleges and universities publishers must accomplish something in the field of digital publishing. It is necessary to make overall plans and pay attention to long-term Strategic planning; innovative forms to expand the digital publishing market; integration of resources, optimize the publishing unit management model; relying on the network, change the traditional publishing sales model.
